4. How to connect the MyCitroën app to your vehicle
Connect to your account :
Before this step, you have to download the MyCitroën app and create a MyCitroën account.
It takes only 10 minutes. Go inside your car, with your smartphone, and follow this tutorial video, or these steps:
In the MyCitroën app :
Select “Add a vehicle”
Enter your vehicle VIN number
Enter your mileage, and validate
In “My services” section, select a service, and enter your phone number
Enter the security code you received by SMS, and validate. Create a 4 digit PIN code, and validate
Then, inside your vehicle and with your phone:
In your phone settings, turn on Bluetooth and connect to your vehicle as a new device, while accepting Terms and Conditions.
On your vehicle dashboard, select “Connect phone” & select your phone
On your phone, enter the code displayed in your vehicle dashboard
On your vehicle dashboard, select “phone” & “audio streaming” and validate
A confirmation message will be displayed in your MyCitroën app homepage. Then you will have to:
Turn off your vehicle engine for 5 minutes
Authorise data sharing in the vehicle
Drive for 15 minutes minimum to launch the connection between your vehicle and MyCitroën
You will receive an email confirming that your connected services are activated and can be used.
Now it is time to activate and use your Connect ONE pack and Connect PLUS pack.

SOS Assistance: For a peace of mind, benefit from a quick assistance in case of an accident or breakdown, and follow the assistance arrival in real-time.
E-Remote Control: Check & control the charge of your electric vehicle, and for a peace of mind, be alerted when the battery is full or the charging is interrupted.
Mirror Screen: Display your mobile apps and content directly on your car touchscreen.
Services included in Connect One pack, to activate separately
Telemaintenance:
With the Telemaintenance alerts service, we will let you know when a service or maintenance-related alert indicates that your Citroën needs some extra attention.
In the meantime, you can be confident that your vehicle is working as it should be; for total peace of mind. If your vehicle is equipped with Citroën Connect Box, it is compatible with this free connected service, included in your Connect ONE pack.
All you need to do is go to the MyCitroën app, and in the “My services” section activate Telemaintenance service. We can then remotely activate your vehicle and start to provide you with this free of charge service (this process can take up to 7 days).

Subscribe to the ChatGPT feature on the Services store and click on the “Activate now” button
Follow the purchasing steps
In your vehicle, an automatic remote update will activate ChatGPT on your on-board touchscreen
You will receive confirmation of activation by email
By simply saying “OK Citroën”, you can start to use ChatGPT, integrated in the existing voice recognition feature on your Citroën
If you do not have an active Connected Navigation pack, you can activate it by clicking HERE.
Once your Connected Browsing pack is activated, you can subscribe to ChatGPT. Remember that usage is linked to the remaining time of your Connected Navigation pack. Why does my car beep when I exceed a certain speed?
Owners of vehicles produced since July 2024 benefit from new driving aids.
As a responsible manufacturer, Citroën is committed to comply with the latest European regulations.
To improve safety and reduce injuries, European Commission decided to revise vehicle safety rules through a General Safety Regulation Version 2 that is applied in European countries, Turkey and Israël from July 2024.
The regulation sets new safety measures by strengthening passive / general safety and making mandatory the installation of some new features (Driving assistance systems). The way they operate might be surprising or misunderstood during first few uses. It concerns:
• Speed limitation system: this is the system that makes your vehicle sound when you exceed the authorized speed limits

• Traffic recognition
• Rear parking sensors
• Lane keeping assist
• Cruise control
Some of these innovations are still active but others like Lane keeping assist and Speed limitation system are disconnectable.

If you have a New Citroën C3 YOU, a New Citroën C3 Aircross YOU or a New Spacetourer, Smartphone Station enables you to use your Smartphone screen as a real infotainment, offering a smart, connected and modern solution.
The features you can benefit from:
• Navigation (GPS), via apps such as Waze, HEREWeGo, Sygic, Google Maps, TomTom…), or e-ROUTES app from Stellantis that enables you to optimize your long trips in electric (e.g. available charging stations)
• Music, connecting to apps such as Apple Music, YouTube Music, Audible, Amazon Music, Deezer…
• Radio, connecting to your favorite stations via an Internet connection
• Calls, which can be listened through the car speakers in order to always stay focused on the road and keep hands on the steering wheel
How do you get this service?
1/ From MyCitroën app homepage (you need first to create an account), go then to the “Launch Smartphone Station” button
2/ Read and accept the safety disclaimer, make the car-phone connection, and set up the NFC auto launch following the steps described
3/ You can now customize your homepage, choose your favorite radio stations, and favorite contacts for calls. Enjoy!

Før du utfører dette trinnet, må du laste ned MyCitroën-appen og opprette en MyCitroën-konto.
Det tar bare ti minutter. Ta med deg smarttelefonen inn i bilen, og følg denne veiledningsvideoen eller trinnene nedenfor:
1. MyCitroën-appen:
Velg «Legg til et kjøretøy».
Skriv inn bilens understellsnummer (VIN) (mer informasjon her) (i) Ditt kjøretøys understellsnummer (VIN) består av 17 tegn. For de fleste kjøretøy er VIN plassert på dashbordet foran rattet, rett under frontruten. Andre mulige steder kan være motorblokken eller døren på førersiden.
Skriv inn kilometerstand og bekreft.
Velg en tjeneste i «Mine tjenester», og skriv inn telefonnummeret ditt.
Skriv inn sikkerhetskoden du mottok på SMS, og bekreft. Opprett en PIN-kode på fire siffer, og bekreft.
2. På mobiltelefonen mens du er i bilen:
Aktiver Bluetooth (få mer informasjon her) i innstillingene på telefonen, legg til bilen som en ny enhet (få mer informasjon her), og godta vilkårene.
Velg «Koble til telefon» på instrumentpanelet i bilen, velg telefonen din og bekreft valget.
Skriv inn koden som vises på instrumentpanelet i bilen, på telefonen din.
Velg «Telefon» og «Lydstrømming» på instrumentpanelet i bilen, og bekreft valget.
3. Det vises en bekreftelsesmelding på startsiden i MyCitroën-appen. Nå må du:
Slå av bilens motor i fem minutter.
Godkjenne datadeling i bilen.
Kjøre i minimum 15 minutter for å opprette tilkoblingen mellom bilen og MyCitroën.
Du får en e-post som bekrefter at nettbaserte tjenester er blitt aktivert og kan brukes.
Velg «Connected Navigation Pack» og deretter «Aktiver nå».
Les gjennom vilkårene, skriv inn telefonnummeret ditt og bekreft.
Hvis du vil, kan du nå aktivere Connected Navigation Pack, eller du kan aktivere og bruke tjenestene som er inkludert.
For biler registrert etter 1 april 2024 blir pakken Connect PLUS tilgjengelig. Dette er en totalpakke med Connected Navigation og E-Fjernkontroll samlet, og er inkludert i en prøveperiode på 12 mnd
2. Fornye Connected Navigation Pack
Når Connected Navigation Pack utløper, kan du abonnere på den.
I MyCitroën-appen:
Du finner utløpsdatoen for pakken under «Mine tjenester». Trykk på datoen.
Velg et fornyelsesalternativ mellom én måned og ett år i vinduet som åpnes.
Du finner utløpsdatoen for pakken under «Min konto». Velg datoen.
Velg et fornyelsesalternativ mellom én måned og ett år.
Velg «Aktiver nå».

Nødanrop og veihjelp: Sørger for at du får rask hjelp om du kommer ut for en ulykke eller får et problem med bilen. Du kan også følge med på ankomsttiden til bergingsbilen i sanntid.
Mirror Screen: Du kan se apper og innhold fra mobiltelefonen på skjermen i bilen.
Spill: Ta en pause fra kjøringen og slapp av med et spill – alene eller sammen med de andre i bilen (få mer informasjon her).
Tyverivarsling: Bli varslet i sanntid ved tyveriforsøk, selv om du ikke er i nærheten av bilen. (i) Bilen må være utstyrt med alarm for denne tjenesten.
Tjenester i Connected Navigation Pack som må aktiveres separat
Nettbasert navigasjon: Kom frem i tide med TomTom-navigasjon med trafikkinformasjon og varsel om faresteder i sanntid.
Fjernstyring: Sjekk om dørene på bilen er låst, lås eller lås opp dørene, slå på lysene eller aktiver hornet med et trykk på smarttelefonen.
Fjernstyrte funksjoner for elbiler: Sjekk og styr ladingen av elbilen, og få varsel når batteriet er fulladet eller hvis ladingen blir avbrutt.
Ruteplanlegger: Du kan planlegge reisen med ladestasjoner langs veien, slik at du slipper å lete etter steder der du kan lade (få mer informasjon her).
Servicevarsler:
Med denne tjenesten varsles du når det er tid for neste service eller dersom det oppstår et problem som krever vedlikehold. Det gir problemfritt bilhold, og du kan være trygg på at bilen er i god stand.
Hvis bilen er utstyrt med Citroën Connect Box, kan du bruke denne gratis nettbaserte tjenesten, som er inkludert i Connected Navigation Pack.
Det eneste du trenger å gjøre, er å aktivere tjenesten under «Mine tjenester» i MyCitroën-appen.
Deretter kan vi fjernaktivere gratistjenesten, slik at du kan ta den i bruk i bilen (prosessen kan ta opptil syv dager).
Praktiske navigasjonsfunksjoner: Planlegg reisen og få informasjon om de beste stedene for ladestopp. Sanntidsoppdateringer sørger for at du alltid har full oversikt. Følg trinnene nedenfor for å abonnere:
